I was born in Argentina in 1995, and when I was 6, I moved to Madrid, Spain. There I completed my pre-Bachelor studies in 2015. In 2019, I obtained my Bachelor Degree at the Amsterdam Conservatory with David Kuyken, and my Master Degree in 2021 at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, also with David Kuyken. I received the Cuypers Fund Prize for the best piano performance, where I obtained a grade of 9,5. The recital was a mixture of compositions, ranging from Sweelinck to Janacek, Ligeti and Scriabin, as well as the two Hague composers Diderik Wagenaar and Guus Jansen. The closing of the recital included a piano-dance duo with dancer Rosanna Ter Steege, where I included an own electronic piece and “Vers la Flamme” by Scriabin.
As of 2022, after almost one year of complications due to an injury in my right thumb, I am following contract studies with Ellen Corver at KonCon. Although the last months have been difficult to deal with, I am back to activity, and very excited about it!
I try to use all my potential when creating a concert, an interdisciplinary project, or a composition. As performing artists, we need a complete notion of the space, the public, the choice of repertoire, and many other factors when creating. This is something I always keep present in my way of working, no matter the context. I mostly focus on late-twentieth century and contemporary music, but I have a big interest in Baroque and pre-Baroque music. There are many aspects in which contemporary and pre-Classical music coincide, and it is something I always keep in mind for programming.
I am very grateful of having this Yamaha Kakegawa from 1969 at my place for practicing and creating. Its power gives a wide pallet of sounds that can be used for different styles and is a constant source of inspiration.
