After completing my studies in Poland with Andrzej Bauer in 2023 and finishing my education in Germany with Pieter Wispelwey in 2024, my artistic path lead me towards the Netherlands and its' vivid and versatile musical life. Since September 2024 I've been active as an Academist in the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, deepening my orchestral, and chamber music experience. Aside from that, after receiving the 4th prize in the International Witold Lutosławski Cello Competition in Warsaw Poland, I am happy to be getting opportunities of solo performances with Polish orchestras. In my artistic choices I always try to go for expressiveness and rhetorics, and strive for greatest possible suggestiveness, whilst trying to deepen stylistic knowledge with respect to the historical sources and practices.
Since about 2015 I was able to develop my musicianship with a wonderful Raffaele&Antonio Gagliano Cello, owned by the Polish Luthier's Association. It is an instrument that I have grown very attached with. As our time together comes to an end by the end of 2025, I am very happy to have the possibility of continuing my artistic development with a beautiful Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume of the NMF. So far I admire its' purity and elegance of sound and will be looking forward to exploring its' vast colour palette.
For the future, I plan to stay active as an orchestral musician, as well as develop possibilities of performing chamber music and solo recitals in the Netherlands, any of which would come, I'd be happy to share it here!
